Delivery

Printed, framed and on its way

  • To print: about two hours after you payFor two hours you can fix the names, dates and caption on your order page. Then the exact portrait you chose, painted at full print resolution and resolution-checked, goes to the lab by itself.
  • Printing: 1 to 3 working daysAt our print partner's UK lab: 200gsm matte fine art paper, frames and canvas.
  • Delivery: 1 to 3 working daysTracked UK delivery, with a tracking link emailed the moment it ships. If a parcel is running late, or the courier can't deliver to the address, we email you straight away.

Damaged, faulty or not as you approved it? Press Report a problem on your private order page and add a photo, within 30 days of delivery. Not arrived 10 working days after dispatch? Report that there too. We'll send a free reprint or a refund, and there's nothing to send back.
